Che Spotting Submission Policy

Before submitting a picture to Che Spotting, you must read this page and check a box agreeing to its conditions on the submission form.

1. I agree that I am the photographer of the picture submitted to Che Spotting (www.CheSpotting.com).
2. I have not altered or manipulated my photograph.
3. I did not invade somebody else’s property or person in order to take my picture.
4. I understand that Che Spotting may blur or block a portion of my picture in order to protect the identity of people in the picture.
5. I understand that Che Spotting may edit comments I submit with the picture.
6. I understand that my submission does not guarantee a posting on Che Spotting.
7. I understand that someone else may have submitted a photograph similar to mine. If this is the case, I understand that Che Spotting may post the other photograph instead of mine.
8. I understand that if my picture is posted on Che Spotting, I will not receive money. My first initial and last name will be used as means of photo credit. I may request a link to my web site. In order for my link to be granted, my web site can not be pornographic or inappropriate in any way.
9. By submitting my picture to Che Spotting, I grant Che Spotting the right to post it online. I understand that a CheSpotting.com watermark will appear on my picture. I also understand that Che Spotting may use my picture to help promote the web site. This means that my picture might appear on another web site or in printed materials in reference to Che Spotting.
10. By submitting my picture to Che Spotting, I grant Che Spotting the right to include my picture in a future book showcasing Che Spottings from around the world. If my picture were to be included in a future Che Spotting book, my first initial and last name would be used as photo credit and attempts to notify me would be addressed to the contact information I provided when I submitted my picture.
11. If it is found that I have been untruthful about or in breach of any of the aforementioned statements, Che Spotting is released from any legal charges.
