Che Spottings

Che Spotting #12

Penelokan, Bali, Indonesia
A place to look at Che.

This is one of two Che spottings from a small mountain village in Bali.  The village, called Penelokan, means “place to look.”  It is famous for its views of volcanic Gunung Batur and the crater lake Danau Batur.

But on the day we arrived, there was more to see, like this Che-adorned truck parked in front of a string of Warungs (family owned restaurants and shops) near the scenic overlook.  A mini-bus across the way with two security guards inside also displayed a cigar-smoking Che.
